Frequently asked questions

Is FastDl free?
Yes. Every download tool on this site is free and works without registration.
Does FastDl store the files I download?
No. The engine processes the link, hands you the file and keeps nothing. Downloads are anonymous.
Can I download from private accounts?
No. FastDl only works with public content. Downloading from private profiles is not supported and not something we assist with.
Why did my link fail?
Most failures come from expired Stories, deleted posts or private accounts. Check that the post is public and the link is complete, then run it again.
Is it legal to save Instagram content?
Saving public content for personal use is generally fine. Re-posting someone else's work without permission may violate copyright, so always credit the author.
